BlueSky Biz Solutions is a business advisory firm focused on business credit, funding strategy, and financial readiness for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

As the Director of Customer Success, I focus on client strategy, customer experience, and operational support, helping clients navigate credit-building and funding processes while improving long-term outcomes and retention.

I do not own BlueSky Biz Solutions. My involvement is professional and role-specific, centered on execution, clarity, and client success.

The Swink Group serves as the umbrella entity for the various brands and projects I oversee. It exists to provide structure, alignment, and shared infrastructure across business, creative, and purpose-driven initiatives.

Rather than operating as a public-facing brand, The Swink Group functions as a foundational layer. It supports governance, strategy, and long-term direction while allowing each individual brand to remain focused on its specific mission and audience.

This structure reflects a commitment to clarity, separation of purpose, and responsible growth across everything I’m building.

Consulting is where my personal experience, leadership perspective, and operational background come together. This work centers on clarity, alignment, and decision-making for individuals and business leaders navigating growth, transition, or complexity.

The focus here is thoughtful conversation, practical structure, and long-term thinking. It reflects my direct involvement and hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving.

Ghost Post Office is a mail and communication platform designed to help individuals & businesses send physical mail in a digital-first world. It bridges modern systems with traditional mail to support outreach, follow-up, and operational efficiency.

This project represents my interest in systems, automation, and building tools that quietly solve real operational problems without unnecessary complexity.
